Chronic Leadership

Leading at your level.
Built for your reality.

Women Leaders program begins: May 2026

EXPLORE THE PROGRAM

You are already leading.
Let's make it sustainable.

The CIAW Chronic Leadership Program strengthens how you lead so your authority, workload, and health capacity work together in a sustainable way.

Participants develop the professional capabilities needed to define sustainable workload, and lead Chronic Confident Conversations where health realities intersect with leadership expectations.

Capacity fluctuates.
Talent Remains.

Chronic Leadership Participants will:

✔ Build Chronic Confidence
Lead effectively even when health capacity fluctuates, maintaining credibility and clarity under pressure.

✔ Optimise Leadership Capacity
Design how you work for both your baseline and optimal capacity. Instead of over-extending and pushing through.

✔ Reduce Emotional Labour:
Strengthen healthy professional boundaries around the emotional and mental load of senior leadership.

✔Chronic Leadership Conversations:
Navigate disclosure decisions, manage high-pressure situations, and communicate capacity with confidence.

✔ Career Longevity
A clear path for long-term leadership progression while living with chronic illness.

SEE HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

"The single best thing I’ve done for my career.

After working with chronic illness for a number of years, I felt lost and unsure how to move forward.

Chronic Leadership empowered me to rethink the way I work and changed the trajectory of my career for the better."

— Erika, Washington D.C. USA.
